Shipping policy

Mend & Roam works with small makers, publishers and craft suppliers. Many orders ship directly from them to you, which keeps our tools and books fresh and our footprint light.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Items from the same maker ship together. If your order includes items from more than one maker, they arrive in separate packages and each maker's shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Most orders within the United States arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. Delivery to Canada and other countries, where available, typically takes longer; your estimate is shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and what’s in your cart, so you’ll always see the full price before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If an order ships in several packages, you’ll receive tracking for each one.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package hasn’t arrived within the window above, reach us through our contact form at mendandroam.com/pages/contact with your order number and we’ll track it down with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
