This website is operated by Mend & Roam (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Using our store

We work hard to describe products accurately and to show them as clearly as possible. Many items are made or published by independent partners; colours and details can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Some lifestyle images on our site are styled or illustrative, and props shown in them are not included unless the product description says so.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Because many items ship from our partners, stock can change quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund that item in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and our name and logo, belongs to Mend & Roam or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Book covers and product photos supplied by makers and publishers remain the property of their owners. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission.

Our site may link to third-party websites or tools. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided as described, and our site is provided “as is”. Sewing tools such as needles and scissors are sharp; please use them with care and keep them away from young children. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mend & Roam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
